2.CBN砂轮高速磨削气门型面，加工效率高，尺寸*性好。
3.机床采用五轴数控、两轴联动，可实现数控插补法磨削和插补法修整砂轮。
4.通过数控插补法修整陶瓷CBN砂轮，工件磨削面轮廓控制灵活、准确。砂轮寿命很高。
5.头架和砂轮架采用高精度静动*承，具有高刚性、高精度和长寿命。
6.采用西门子数控系统和MARPOSS内置式动平衡系统，具有防碰撞和消空程功能，安全性、可靠性高。可实现全自动循环磨削气门。
