1.水冷式三工位单面研磨（抛光）机。

2.本机配有蠕动泵，抛光液与清洗用水可分不同管道排放，以便抛光液回收过滤。

3.宇环数控YH2M8192B立式单面研磨抛光机砝码压板自重，分别对三个位的工件可靠施压，根据加工不同的材料可调节精密减压阀和电气比例阀施加不同压力的大小。

4.研磨盘与托盘之间预留有水循环系统对研磨盘系统进行冷却，保证机床长时间运转的可靠，从而达到理想的研磨(抛光)效果。

5.机床在工作时通过在人机界面编辑好加工程序，再下载至PLC. PLC就会按当前下载的程序运行。
