1 本机床是一种计算机全自动控制的机电仪一体化机床，具有自动循环抛光功能。机床由数字化控制，只改变计算机的程序就可以抛光不同形状零件。

2 该机床为4工位单面抛光机。工件固定在工件转台的工装上。通过一伺服电机经行星减速机减速增扭后驱动工件旋转。

3 上抛光头设计或电主轴结构回转精度高，振动小。

4 工件转台安装在纵向移动滑台上，纵向移动滑台垂直安装在横向移动滑台上。抛光时由X、Y轴带动4个工件根据需要可做不同的轨迹运动，从而实现复杂型面的抛光。

5 机床采用全封闭造型，外形美观大方，机床床身采用计算机仿真和有限元设计，zui大限度提高床身刚度和抗震性能，使机床各运动导轨具有良好的刚性和抗震性。

2 The machine is a single surface polishing machine with 4 stations. The workpiece is fixed in the turntable’s tooling and fixture. It drives the workpiece rotation by a servo motor through planetary reduction gear reducer.

3 The polishing head design or structure of electric spindle is with high precision turning and small vibration.

4 Working table is set on the longitudinal moving table that is vertically assembled the horizontal moving table. Polishing complicated shape can be put into practice through the various motion trails that X and Y axis drive.

5 The machine body uses computer simulation and finite element design, adopts casting boxlike structure with good shock absorption and reliable rigidity and thermal stability.
