高精度数控立式双端面磨床

YHDM750A/1高精度数控立式双端面磨床主要特点：Technical characters：

1.采用三菱E70数控系统，性能稳定可靠，人机界面友好。

2.零件加工中上、下两平面同时分层次进行磨削，加工精度高，不须辅助定位（如磁盘）.

3.双端面磨削与砂轮修整控制程序(软件著作权:211R11S04392),实现高精度磨削。

4.磨头进给采用高精密滚珠丝杠副(号:ZL200520050915.X)，进给精度达0.001mm。

5.磨头电主轴采用变频调速驱动，转速150-950r/min。

6.送料盘送料电机采用变频调速器驱动，转速1-10r/min 。

7.冷却液经磁性分离、纸带过滤2级过滤，冷却机温度控制后循环使用。

8.采用铰链式圆盘送料机构（号:ZL200820052659.1），开启灵活，更换和修整砂轮方便。

9.机身采用箱形结构，上、下磨头立轴式配置，刚性和热稳定性可靠
